Candidate short listed for Ph.D. interview on July 12th, 2010

The candidates are requested to come at IGIB, Mall Road and assemble in Seminar Room 2nd floor, at 8:30 A.M on 12th July 2010, along with the all original certificates including fellowship award letter, caste certificates and mark-sheets.
Instruction for the Candidates for verification of the documents
1. The short listed candidates will have to report at IGIB on Monday 12-07-2010 at 8.30AM along with all documents as specified in the advertisement for the first round of interview. The results of first round of interview will be announced by 6.00 PM.
2. Candidate should bring the printout of the application form at the time of interview.
3. Candidate should arrange their original documents in following order for verification:
a) Date of Birth Certificate
b) Caste Certificate
c) M.Sc. Certificate
d) Fellowship Award letter
4. The short listed candidates after first round interview will have to report at IGIB on Tuesday
13-07-2010 at 8.30 AM for second round of interview.
Candidature of a candidate not full filling the eligibility criteria is liable to be cancelled.
