Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) aspirants are looking to download
UPSC SCRA Admit Card 2013 as exam is scheduled to be held on 20th
January 2013 at the various centers across the country.

The written examination for UPSC SCRA 2013 consists of three papers carrying
200 marks each. Every paper is of 2 hours duration.
