ADMISSION INTO LONG TERM COURSES – 2013
Central Institute of Tool Design is an ISO 9001:2008
certified premier Institute in Asia to provide specialized training in Tool
Engineering, CAD/CAM & Mechatronics. The objective of the Institute is to
meet the requirements of the Industries in the field of Tool Design &
Manufacture and to train the technical personnel in these fields. The Institute
was originally established in the year 1968 by the Govt. of India with the
assistance of UNDP and ILO. Applications are invited for admission into the
following Long Term Courses commencing from August 2013.
MODE OF
SELECTION: Candidates
under all categories will be selected based on the rank obtained in the
Entrance examination.
Entrance
exam : Second/Third week of May 2013.
Exact date
will be intimated through Hall Ticket.
HOW TO APPLY:
Application
should be submitted on line (click "Apply on line" on home
page) www.citdindia.org
and a hard copy of the
same should be sent along with Xerox copies for proof of age, proof of pass of
qualifying exam and proof of caste /PWD where applicable and original challan
to Director(Trg), MSME Tool Room, Central Institiute of Tool Design, Balanagar,
Hyderabad – 500 037 on or before 25.04.2013 for confirmation of registration
and Hall Ticket.
Applications
are accepted with a late fee of Rs500/-till 07.05.2013.
NOTE:
1. Reservation
for SC/ST/PWD quota exists as per Govt of India norms.
2. Age relaxation
upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
3. The
Institute is not responsible for any postal delay.
4. The seats
advertised are provisional and the Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats.
5. The rules
made by the Institute regarding selection and closure of the admissions shall
be
final and the
Institute reserves the right to alter, vary, change and / or modify the rules governing
the admissions.
6. Candidates
are advised to refer the prospectus for further details.
7. Limited
Hostel accommodation is available for outstation candidates on payment of prescribed
fee.
